EPISODE #79: School Accommodations - Are They Working?
In this episode, Angela shares some of her recent kitchen table conversations regarding Individual Education Plans and when and how we support students in the way that they need in order to reach their potential. Sometimes our efforts are shortsighted and not as helpful as they are intended to be, and sometimes it's simply not possible to make the accommodations that people are looking for.
Angela shares how it takes a community to raise a child and we need to extend ourselves to others rather than judge people harshly, recognizing that everyone is doing their best.
