Building Connections Workshops for Young Adults

An evening out for young adults (16-24) with Complicated and Beautiful Brains - an opportunity to take care of ourselves and each other.

Join us to connect with others by engaging in creative and therapeutic activities that focus on mindful practices and ways to add more joy to our days. 

 

REGISTRATION DETAILS

All sessions are run independent of one another. Participate in any individual session or all sessions that works for you.

LOCATION: 15 Catherines St., St. Thomas, ON

COST: $120 per workshop (*If cost is a barrier, please let us know.)

INCLUDES: whole food snacks, water, and tea will be provided.

PAYMENT: Payment is due on or before the session date via eTransfer to billinggeddes@gmail.com. Receipts will be sent after the session as required.

All sessions are on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm.

  • November 6th: Cooking Night

  • November 20th: Music Night

  • December 4th: Christmas Crafting

  • December 18th: PJ and Christmas Movie Night

Registration is required. Please register no later than the Friday prior to any session. Space is limited to 5 participants.

 

YOUR WORKSHOP FACILITATORS

Kelly Caughell is a Registered Social Worker (BSW) with knowledge and experience working with children, adolescents, and their families in community-based group and individual settings.

Dawn-Marie Welch is a Social Service Worker.

Angela Geddes is a Registered Social Worker and Yoga Teacher in Ontario.
