EPISODE #10: Right Here, Right Now
Happiness or contentment, can in many cases be a choice. Today's episode is focussing on ways to keep things a little 'lighter'. We're talking about how so much of our time is spent in the past, wishing that things were different, or in the future worrying about what might be coming rather than focussing on being 'right here, right now'. In many cases, we can do better when we recognize that there is a problem, big or small, and then taking time to consider if our response is going to make the problem bigger or smaller.
The goal is not to prevent or avoid all problems. The goal is to accept them and be more intentional with our response so that we manage them with grace.

TIPS FOR WELLNESS:
Engage your senses – Pause. Look, smell, touch, taste, and listen for 3 things.
Interrupt negative thoughts and detach.
Breathe – Take 3 breaths with intention.
Remember positive emotional moments.
Do one thing at a time.
Keep a journal.
Exercise and spend time outside.
