EPISODE #13: Keeping It Simple
Keeping it simple as we work towards living our best life.
“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
Maya Angelou
This episode is a follow up to our last conversation which focused on the positive attributes of people who are experiencing anxiety or would consider themselves to be anxious people. We will discuss ways to keep us grounded in nature and many mental health and wellness benefits that we can find from spending time outdoors. We will be reminded of the benefits of living in this moment and spending time 'worrying' about the things we can control while letting go of the things that are outside of our control.
